Your order will be processed as soon as possible and will be acknowledged within 48 hours if required.
Your order will ship based upon the availability of the product, account status, the product requirements (some products are time sensitive), and your requested delivery date.

Customer services can set up an account for you. You must have a valid PO to set up an account. Your order will be processed once we have verified addresses, reviewed credit references and spoken to your accounts payable department. Generally, it takes 7-10 working days to set up an account (Credit Card orders are usually processed sooner).
You can change or update your account anytime. You can provide your changes to customer services via email. Your account will be updated within 1-2 working days of receipt.
Changes can be requested to Customer Services. Orders will be placed on hold until a corrected order has been received. Upon receipt of a revised purchase order, the order will be processed. Lead times may be affected depending on product availability and production schedules.
If your order was placed via phone, fax or email the invoice will be sent as soon as your order ships. You can always email Customer Services for questions or additional invoice copies: firstname.lastname@example.org

The shelf life of our pH products is 3 years from the date of manufacture. Each pack is marked with the expiry date and batch number for that specific product code. Our pH paper will remain accurate until the expiration date listed. Our semi-quantitative test strips have a shelf life between 2 to 3 years - depending on the product.
